Father’s Day Fly-In at Ruby Valley Aviation, Twin Bridges – Mid June
 
Come see a terrific assortment of vintage and unique aircraft.  Airplane rides will be available for the kids with Young Eagle Rides on Saturday.  Another popular activity for the kids is the ping pong ball drop with plenty of prizes.  There will be other activities for the kids throughout the afternoon.  Sky diving is available on Saturday and Sunday but reservations are required.  Saturday evening, enjoy a community potluck with barbeque tri-tip roast.  Sunday morning, the AFL/VFW is sponsoring a pancake breakfast fundraiser.  Immediately following the breakfast, the pilot games will commence, including air bowling.  Vendors will have products for sale on Saturday and Sunday.
 
Alder Days, Alder – Friday – Mid July
 
Tune up your vocal cords for the Karaoke Contest on Friday night.  You’ll be pretty busy on Saturday with the car show, flea market, horseshow contest, volleyball tournament and a dunking booth.  Saturday evening, pig out on roast pig and crawfish.  Sunday’s events include a 4-wheeler poker run, kid’s games, an airplane fly-over, duck races, pole climbing, a kickball tournament, egg toss contest, stick horse race and piñatas.  A full weekend of fun!
 
Fish Fantasies and Floating Flotillas, Twin Bridges – End of July
 
It’s the best water parade in Montana with generous cash prizes for the best floats.  Donate $2 on your favorite rubber duck in a race to benefit the Twin Bridges Museum.  Have lunch at the barbeque fundraiser after the parade.  Plenty of great activities for the kids all afternoon, including a very popular scavenger hunt.  Start the day early with a 5K fun run.
 
Sheridan Festival, Sheridan – End of July
 
It all starts Friday night with a barbecue fundraiser and live music.  Saturday morning, don’t miss the pancake breakfast and parade.  There will also be a book sale and vendors in the park.  Come by, hang out and enjoy the party.
 
Madison County Fair & Rodeo, Twin Bridges – Mid August
 
Enjoy an old fashion county fair with 4-H livestock exhibits, great entertainment and baking, gardening and art contests.  The NRA Rodeo will be held Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.  The lively 4-H livestock auction is Saturday evening.  Sunday’s parade is a full-scale community gathering followed by a youth rodeo.  Plenty of fun for the entire family!
